CPC has a licensed nurse practitioner (NP) that currently visits two of our six centers (Tempe and Glendale) one day each week to perform testing for sexually transmitted infections (STIs and STDs). In cases of positive results for chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, yeast, bacterial vaginosis, and trichomoniasis, a prescription may be written by the NP. If a medical treatment for an STI is necessary the client will be charged an additional $20. The treatment charge is separate from the charge for STI Testing ($26).
